Woodland Pause brings those details into a necklace. Its barrel-shaped wooden body, polished metal mouthpiece and replaceable cotton-core design create a small breathing ritual with a distinctly natural character.

Natural character you can feel.

• A real wood body. The rounded barrel shape sits comfortably in your fingers, with visible grain that gives each piece its own character.
• A dedicated mouthpiece. The tapered metal top provides a defined contact point for a gentle breathing pause.
• A replaceable cotton core. The threaded body opens for access to the insert, so the core can be maintained separately from the necklace.
• A familiar daily object. A matching metal chain keeps the pendant close without a charger, timer or screen.

1. Get comfortable. Hold the assembled pendant with the small side airflow hole unobstructed.
2. Start softly. Take an easy, natural breath through your nose.
3. Meet the mouthpiece. Bring the metal tip lightly to your lips and exhale gently through it, without forcing your breath.
4. Take your time. Return to normal breathing between rounds. Try a few comfortable breaths, or simply notice the feel of the wooden body in your hand.

For an aroma-led practice, follow the instructions for the compatible core you are using. Keep every breath comfortable and stop if you feel light-headed or irritated.

The wooden body separates at its central threaded joint to give you access to the cotton insert.

1. With clean, dry hands, gently unscrew the lower wooden section.
2. Remove the used core and fit a compatible replacement as directed by the supplied guide.
3. Reassemble the pendant securely without overtightening, checking that the airflow openings remain clear.

Use the specified replacement core rather than loose filling or liquid. The insert is a replaceable component, not a certified air-purification filter.

Walnut has a deeper brown tone and a richer grain. Maple offers a lighter, softer look. Both pair natural wood with silver-tone metal details.

Grain and color vary naturally from piece to piece. That variation is part of the material, and part of what makes yours feel personal.

A few things to know.

Does the wood itself provide the fragrance?
The wood is the body of the pendant. Any added fragrance comes from the compatible core used inside it, rather than from a guaranteed scent in the wood.

Which core comes with my option?
Check the selected kit option for the core specification. Additional scents and replacement packs are not automatically included.

Can I get it wet?
Avoid soaking the wooden body or wearing it in the shower. Wipe the exterior gently, keep the mouthpiece clean, and dry the pendant before storing it. Follow the supplied guide for core maintenance.

Can it help me quit smoking or treat anxiety?
